The 1st book of the 1st cycle is Genesis. And the 1st chapter of Genesis is the story of creation therefore the heart of it. Especially Genesis 1:1.

Then the 2nd book of the 2nd cycle is Jeremiah. The Book of Jeremiah focuses mainly on idolatry the 2nd commandment.

It seems to me that the 3rd cycle's 3rd book and 3rd chapter you'll find the heart of the 3rd cycle's (meaning the 22 Epistles') message:

2Corinthians 3 1 Do we begin again to commend ourselves? or need we, as some others, epistles of commendation to you, or letters of commendation from you?	#
2Corinthians 3 2 Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men:	In this case Proverbs isn't part of the 3rd Cycle but notice it's chapter 3 verse 3. Proverbs 3 3 Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:

2Corinthians 3 9 For if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory.	#
2Corinthians 3 10 For even that which was made glorious had no glory in this respect, by reason of the glory that excelleth.	#
2Corinthians 3 11 For if that which is done away was glorious, much more that which remaineth is glorious.	#
2Corinthians 3 12 Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech:	#
2Corinthians 3 13 And not as Moses, which put a vail over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished:	#
2Corinthians 3 14 But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.	#
2Corinthians 3 15 But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.	#
2Corinthians 3 16 Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away.	#
2Corinthians 3 17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.	#
2Corinthians 3 18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.	1Corinthians 13 12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
