Both Genesis 18 mentions that Abraham was sitting under a tree when the 3 men appeared to him. Job 1 mentions that Job was dwelling in the city of Uz, which means tree. Other common words are heart, three, sin, curse/bless (the Hebrew used is the same word), servant and ground.
