Both Judges 16 and Nehemiah 13 mention the loving of strange women. Nehemiah reminds the people who married strange wives of Solomon who did the same. He also reminded Balaam was hired to curse, give advice to ensnare the Children of Israel by bringing Midianite women to commit fornication and draw them to their gods. Samson was hired and betrayed by Delilah, whom he loved.
