2Chronicles 33 mentions that Manasseh reigned for 55 years. 55 is on the 11th spoke as 11+22+22=55, which would be another reason it relates to both the 33rd chapter of 2Chronicles and the 11th book 1Kings 3.Both 2Chronicles 33 and 1Kings 3 mention build/repair, high places, altar, Solomon, city of David, Jerusalem, sacrifice/altar and people.
