Both Deuteronomy 7 and 29 fall on the 7th Spoke of the innerwheel of Deuteronomy as a wheel has 22 spokes as the spokes of a wheel. Therefore 7+22=29:

"Sheba" means both "7" and "to swear" showing that numbers have spiritual meanings as well.
