The wailing wall is part of the Fortress Antonia and not the Temple of God

Is the wailing wall part of the temple wall or is it part of the fortress Antonia which was on top of the hill for the Roman soldiers to keep an eye on the Jewish worshipers who came to Jerusalem by the millions?

[Matthew 24:1 KJV]
And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to [him] for to shew him the buildings of the temple.

[Matthew 24:2 KJV]
And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

All the stones were thrown down as Jesus had prophesied and not even a wailing wall had remained.

Jewish (kabbalistic) style of worship
